What we collect

When you apply for coaching, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to provide it) and the message you write about your situation.

How we use it

Your application is used for one purpose: so Jack can review it and get back to you about coaching. It is stored securely and is not sold, shared or used for marketing lists.

Where it lives

Applications are stored with Supabase (our database provider) and a notification email is delivered via Resend. Both process the data only to provide those services.

Your choices

Want your application deleted? Message Jack on Instagram (@jacklow.8) and it will be removed. This page is an initial policy and will be expanded as the service grows.
